July 1st Update
We are operating under our normal hours of Monday 12-8pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-5pm and Wednesday 10am-4pm, closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We are performing all of our services, with limitations to some surgery and dental procedures.
Clients are still required to wear a mask or face covering while in the clinic. Limitation of 2 clients in the clinic at one time. Please practice social distancing of 6ft with other clients and our staff.
We request clients pay over the phone or use our online store for medication refills, when possible.
Our “curbside” medication pickup option is in the works.
Additional online services and changes will be announced at a later date.
May 20th UpdatE
We will continue the same guidelines as the May 15th Update, with changes made to in-clinic visits.
We will be limiting one client per visit into the exam room, with a maximum of 2 clients permitted into the clinic at one time. The only exemption for this policy will be for euthanasias.
Please continue to follow social distancing and stay 6ft away from other clients and our staff members for your safety and ours.
We will be implementing a designated parking area for medication pickups, with “curbside” delivery and the ability to pay over the phone, we will be looking into options for mobile and curbside pay options. May 15th Update
In accordance with the guidelines set by the Commonwealth of PA and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), we will be on limited operations until further notice.
We will have see Emergencies cases, Medical Progress visits, handle Medication Request/Pickups and other Routine Essential Preventative Care, including vaccinations and wellness checks and examinations for sickness. Services that are suspended until Friday, June 5th include elective surgeries (ex: spay, neuter), minor grooming services and non-urgent dental cases.
We will followup with additional posts to inform you on changes to checking in for your pet's visit, medication requests/pickups and other guidelines that are essential to keeping all of us safe and healthy.
April 27th Update
To stay compliant with the Governor’s office request. We ask all clients that come into our office wear a mask/face cover. Only one client will be permitted into the clinic at a time unless there are special circumstances. These changes will be in effect until further notice.
April 17th Update
Springhill Animal Clinic will remain open with limited operations. These services include emergencies, urgent care visits, rabies and critical preventive care visits, and medication requests and refills. March 30th Update
Springhill Animal Clinic will be closed for regular business operations through April 17th due to health concerns regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). At that time we will reassess the situation and announce an update. We will still see emergency visits, medication refill requests via phone and email, and preventative rabies vaccination visits.
